What will you do 😎

As a Senior RevOps Manager, you will oversee the alignment and enablement of our revenue-generating teams to foster efficient, predictable growth while maximizing value creation for our ideal customer profile (ICP) throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will be our first dedicated person for these topics and be part of our Commercial department, reporting to our VP Strategy & Growth.

Your key responsibilities 🤓
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management implementing best practices to enhance revenue potential

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue initiatives, ensuring they align with the organizational goals and strategic objectives of re:cap, while fostering accountability across teams.

  • Tech Integration: Own the integration of revenue operations tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve data flow across teams

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue-related data to provide insights and recommendations that drive decision-making, performance tracking, and forecasting

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to execute and enable revenue strategies, communicate performance outcomes, and identify areas for improvement

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams, but also finance and data teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and performance metrics, while promoting smooth synchronization and breaking down silos between departments

Who we are looking for 👩🏽‍💻
  • You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in the fintech or SaaS sectors

  • You bring a proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational improvements and data insights

  • You have a strong understanding of revenue operations best practices, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management

  • You bring experience in implementing CRM systems and marketing automation tools, as well as harmonizing multiple software tools, plus points for working with Salesforce

  • You are familiar with data analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights

  • You bring experience in developing and monitoring KPIs to assess performance

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, including team members, executives and partners

  • You are able to build strong relationships across teams, such as engineering and sales, at various levels within re:cap, as well as with external partners like industry collaborators

  • You are results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and enhancing operational efficiency

  • You are innovative and adaptable, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success

  • You bring a collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic startup environment

  • You speak English fluently, German is a plus

  • You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU - re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
