We are a remote-first organization with a flexible Where-to-Work policy, allowing Glassdoor employees to work remotely, from their home, local office (if available), or Indeed Co-Working locations.
About the Role

Join Glassdoor as a Senior Business Operations Associate and become part of a world-class team defining Glassdoor’s vision & strategy, and enable its success!

  • Join a team working on some of the most impactful, high visibility projects at Glassdoor
  • This role will be overseeing Employer Branding (B2B) products and initiatives
  • Be the “source of truth” for your domain, turning data into insights and insights into action
  • Combine analytical skills and product management knowledge with strategic approach to enable better business decisions
  • Collaborate with teams across Glassdoor to drive alignment and deliver results

BizOps at Glassdoor plays a critical role in setting and articulating company strategy, and driving results against our most important priorities across the business. As a Senior Associate, you will partner with leaders across functions to answer some of our organization's highest priority questions and define initiatives to accelerate growth. Sample projects might include: analyzing metrics to understand user / employer traffic or sales performance, assessing market trends, and defining initiative plans to drive growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Become the authority for your part of the business; deeply understand metrics, set goals, and hold us accountable to hitting them
  • Act as the connective tissue for your cross-functional team; solve hard problems and ensure teams are aligned in pursuit of our biggest opportunities
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders from the executive level to colleagues who will rely on you to guide decision-making on the front lines
What You’ll Bring
  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Many, but not all, team members have strategy consulting, investment banking, and product management experience; most importantly, successful BizOps members have an analytical approach and a passion for tackling big questions
  • Track record of thinking strategically, solving complex problems with curiosity and going beyond initial findings to understand the "why" and the "so what"
  • Self-starter who is relentlessly resourceful and able to both drive projects autonomously and ask for input when needed
  • High EQ and an excellent communicator; capable of building strong relationships and conveying complex information to a range of audiences
  • Experience with Google Suite, data tools such as Salesforce, and productivity tools such as Slack preferred
  • Dedication to professional growth and development
