Job description

Location: Remote USA. This role can be performed anywhere from the United States.

 

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will consult, advise, and coach to guide people growth while optimizing organizational effectiveness, and align human capital with business strategy. As a highly consultative, influential People Business Partner you will collaborate closely with other People team members and client group leaders, to implement GoPro’s people strategy, drive organizational design and develop leadership to fuel business growth. 

What You Will Do

  • Learn  and understand the business,  products, operations, strategies, goals and leadership of GoPro
  • Continually assess functional organizational health and effectiveness, identifying opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
  • Provide guidance on topics such as compensation, organizational change, retention, engagement, development and performance to client groups
  • Provide direction/coaching on employee relations issues, feedback, mentoring and career planning
  • Partner effectively with managers to ensure they onboard, engage, leverage, scale and retain their teams
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide insights and support informed, high-quality decisions
  • Design and implement appropriate rollout plans for programs and initiatives
  • Participate enthusiastically on the team by providing great feedback, ideas, and suggestions
  • Be a problem solver – and a creative one at that

  • BA/BS in Business, Organizational Behavior, or other translatable area, 3+ years HR experience, 1+ years People Partner experience a plus

The pay range for this role is between $105,400 - $129,200. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
