Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing/Graphic/Product Designer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, product design, and marketing, with a preference for experience in the e-commerce and/or retail industry. This role will involve creating compelling visual content across various platforms to enhance our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics for web, social media, print, and packaging using Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
• Product Design: Develop innovative product designs and packaging that align with our brand identity and market trends.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand story and product offerings.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content is consistent with Rhize Cannabis Company’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
• E-commerce Focus: Design and optimize visual content specifically for our e-commerce platform, enhancing user experience and driving conversions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest design trends, cannabis industry developments, and e-commerce best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the market.
• Web Design & UX: Design intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces that provide an optimal user experience. 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic/product designer in the e-commerce and/or retail industry.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in marketing, product, and e-commerce projects. Full portfolios are preferred.
• Exceptional creative abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus
• Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
• Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
