  • Collaborating with our recruiting team to generate real, qualified agent leads (not just vanity metrics).
  • Tracking growth, learning what’s working, and scaling it.
  • Becoming a trusted voice for agents who are looking for something better.

You're probably someone who:

  • Is naturally social, curious, and loves building audiences.
  • Has 3+ years running social media and community channels (bonus if you've done it in real estate or recruiting).
  • Thinks of social media as a business tool — not just a content platform.
  • Knows how to turn attention into action (followers into leads, leads into hires).
  • Wants to help people make life-changing decisions (yes, agents switch companies for a reason).
