🎯 Your role as an Implementation Consultant at Aunetic

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll work closely with our clients to implement and adapt our software to their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading software implementation projects in close collaboration with clients
  • Facilitating workshops to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations
  • Managing client requests and supporting the transition from implementation to long-term support
  • Contributing to pre-sales activities as well as internal product and process improvements
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborating with key stakeholders in multinational organizations

In a senior role, you will also:

  • Take full ownership of high-impact projects – including planning, budgeting, risk management and coordination of dependencies – for some of our largest enterprise clients
  • Play a strategic role in shaping project outcomes and building long-term client relationships

👥 What we’re looking for

We’re hiring for both junior and senior roles, so the level of responsibility will depend on your background. Here's what we value:

  • A curious and solution-oriented mindset
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience (e.g. Business, IT/Data Science, Finance)
  • Technical understanding and interest in system workflows
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language or SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both German (C1 or above) and English – this is a must
  • (Senior role) 5+ years of experience in software implementation, audit, tech or a similar field
  • (Junior role) Any relevant experience or eagerness to grow into a client-facing software role
