Position Overview:

The Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case initiation to trial preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in handling complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case management, document drafting, and trial preparation.

• Conduct legal research and compile case-related information.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.

• Manage case files, organize evidence, and maintain document databases.

• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather necessary information.

• Assist in preparing deposition summaries and trial exhibits.

• File court documents electronically and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting.

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
