This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategic financial planning. This role plays a critical part in driving financial efficiency, supporting business growth, and providing insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main mission of the Sr. FA will be Central FP&A related with these particular duties:

  • Taking the lead on IT Forecasting and reporting for Trax Group,
  • Updating Monthly Functional Reporting allowing on time finance partnering,
  • Headcount & PnL mapping analysis to increase accuracy and accountability

REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Advanced English level
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in FP&A team
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus.
