JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Account Manager based in the US to strengthen and grow relationships with our existing clients. This role will allow our Client Satisfaction Managers (CSMs) to focus on delighting our clients through service delivery excellence while the Account Manager nurtures and enhances client relationships, expands our network, and identifies opportunities for business growth.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Client Relationship Management—Serve as the business development point of contact for existing clients, ensuring we “delight and wow” our clients with our services. The ultimate measure of success for this responsibility is when a client grows with us and becomes our brand ambassador within their human network.

  • Network Expansion—strengthen relationships with existing referral partners and develop new referral partners.

  • Strategic Growth—Identify strategic partnerships that will promote brand awareness and lead generation for Gabtech Global.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in account management, client relations, or business development, preferably in the staffing, BPO, or technology sector.

  • Proven track record in growing revenues of clients handled

  • Must have a strong business acumen and have the ability to perform critical thinking and develop out-of-the-box solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—must have the ability to demonstrate genuine care for clients and maintain long-term client relationships.



  • A networker at heart—thrives on connecting with people and expanding partnerships.

  • Based in the US with experience managing US-based clients and a valid US working visa

  • Experience working with large datasets and AI-powered knowledge systems.
