You'll be the key point of contact between our global manufacturing partners and our clients, ensuring that production timelines are met, problems are solved quickly, and communication is seamless. What You’ll Do:
Manage production timelines across multiple projects, coordinating with overseas manufacturers
Keep clients updated on project milestones, proactively flagging any delays or issues
Solve problems as they arise with speed and creativity, especially when product issues impact delivery
Own challenges from start to finish, taking initiative to prevent problems before they occur
Maintain clear, consistent, and empathetic communication with clients
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by being responsive and solutions-oriented
Work closely with internal teams to streamline project flow and production logistics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Previous experience in project management, especially with international manufacturing or production
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple timelines
High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
Proactive mindset – you see problems before they happen and take action early
