Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide updates on their projects. You will contribute to our client success by managing digital marketing strategies, enhancing their SEO. You will be supporting the Sales team by developing creative presentations and documents using platforms like Canva. Additionally, you’ll be involved in writing content such as case studies, blogs, and website content, as well as creating newsletters using Klaviyo. This role offers a great opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with a primary focus on client meetings, digital marketing, and SEO.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Digital Marketing & SEO: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on SEO optimization to boost their online presence.
Content Creation: Write compelling case studies, blog posts, and content for websites to showcase client success stories and promote digital solutions.
Marketing Materials: Create solution documents, presentations, and other materials to support sales team and clients using Canva and similar tools to communicate marketing strategies effectively.
Newsletter Creation: Design and manage newsletters using Klaviyo, ensuring they are aligned with our marketing goals and provide valuable updates to our audience.
Campaign Management: Support the marketing team with digital marketing tasks, including managing websites mainly and social media posts, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Project Tracking: Track project progress and deliver timely updates to clients to ensure their goals are being met and expectations exceeded.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns and meet clients’ marketing objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (developers, designers) to ensure that all marketing deliverables align with client expectations and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a client-facing role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Canva, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other marketing platforms.
Content Writing: Experience in writing case studies, blogs, and content for websites that align with marketing objectives.
Email Marketing: Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, with the ability to create and manage newsletters for clients.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and manage relationships.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices to drive online visibility and engagement.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality outputs.
Creative Thinking: Creative and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail in both content creation and digital marketing strategy.
