This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule:

  • Full-time position working US Pacific Time Zone hours
Generally - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm PST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)
However, we can also accommodate some flexible hours as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Masterfully manage a complex executive calendar, coordinating seamlessly across multiple time zones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and communication with high-profile stakeholders, including industry leaders, investors, and board members
  • Drive efficient follow-up processes for sales meetings and events, ensuring no opportunities are missed
  • Maintain pristine records in Salesforce, managing lead information and ensuring data accuracy
  • Cultivate professional relationships through LinkedIn, managing connections and communications
  • Provide proactive updates to the CEO on pending matters and critical follow-ups
  • Exercise strategic judgment in prioritizing and coordinating complex scheduling demands
  • Ensure flawless communication and scheduling coordination across all stakeholder levels

Requirements
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to grammar and spelling
  • Polished, professional speaking voice and demeanor suitable for high-level stakeholder interaction
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced proficiency with modern business tools including calendar management systems and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong background in handling confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Must be available during US Pacific Time Zone business hours
