Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to high-quality leads generated through our cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns
  • Close sales deals for a variety of client businesses, adapting your approach to different industries and target audiences
  • Assist in managing and optimizing social media accounts for our clients, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
  • Curate and create compelling content for various social media platforms, including editing and clipping relevant YouTube videos
  • Maintain accurate sales data and client information using Google Drive and spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with team members via WhatsApp, contributing to a cohesive and efficient remote work environment
  • Adapt to varying workloads and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and strong time management skills


Requirements
  • Fluent English communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner
  • Proven experience in telesales, phone-based customer service, or a related field
  • Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their application in business contexts
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace, particularly Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adaptability to work flexible hours, potentially including some night shifts (AEST timezone)
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends in both sales and digital marketing
  • Creativity and initiative in content curation and social media management
