Assist in managing and optimizing social media accounts for our clients, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
Curate and create compelling content for various social media platforms, including editing and clipping relevant YouTube videos
Maintain accurate sales data and client information using Google Drive and spreadsheets
Collaborate with team members via WhatsApp, contributing to a cohesive and efficient remote work environment
Adapt to varying workloads and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and strong time management skills
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner
Proven experience in telesales, phone-based customer service, or a related field
Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their application in business contexts
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
Proficiency in using Google Workspace, particularly Google Drive and Google Sheets
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Adaptability to work flexible hours, potentially including some night shifts (AEST timezone)
Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends in both sales and digital marketing
Creativity and initiative in content curation and social media management
