Job description

About the Role: They are seeking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. You will work directly with the company owner and Marketing Coordinator to cold call potential customers, generate leads, and support sales efforts through their cloud-based CRM system.

· Make outbound cold calls
· Follow up with leads and verify contact information
· Conduct prospecting and send marketing materials (slicks, email blasts)
· Ask about customer phone service needs and offer solutions
· Update and manage CRM system in real time
· Participate in daily morning calls with the team
· Complete tasks and follow up on assignments promptly
· Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies
