The Field Operations Project Manager plays a critical role in identifying, structuring, and executing global expansion initiatives. This role involves working with various teams, including Inspire International Operations, Training, local franchise teams, and Support Center teams, to optimize performance through planning, execution, follow-through, and measurement of operations and training. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and restaurant operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Identification & Scoping: Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) across legal, compliance, supply chain, marketing, design and construction, and operations to define and prioritize projects necessary for market entry. This includes developing and implementing strategic processes for new restaurant openings, managing training, results measurement, and follow-through.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central liaison between internal, regional, and field teams to align on project execution. Serve as a primary liaison to franchisees and key Inspire functional areas, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
Operational Readiness & Execution: Oversee the implementation of business, regulatory, and operational components required for successful market entry. Ensure that all relevant information and tools are accessible to international teams.
Training & Readiness: Partner with operations and field leadership to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and brand standards for successful market entry.
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, manage risks, and provide key insights to leadership on launch readiness and post-launch success. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and customer experience, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine new market launch processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in field operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot issues to assist franchisees in meeting launch timelines. Establish a sustainable platform for franchise partners to gain a brand foothold and accelerate restaurant development in the country.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of project management experience in international expansion, retail, operations, or a related field.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
Strong ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams, including SMEs, to define and execute projects.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, M365).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on driving alignment across multiple teams.
Background in regulatory compliance, supply chain, or field operations is a plus.
Proven ability to coordinate SMEs to determine and drive key operational projects.
Strong understanding of workforce management and field service systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, Salesforce Field Service).
Exceptional problem-solving and project execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
