We are looking for highly motivated, independently acting colleagues who are able to develop and support partners in the business field of telematics in a holistic way with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will report to Regional Director of Region East.

Here’s little taste of your challenge:
You will be responsible for overall performance in Romania ;
Research, identify, reach out and develop potential telematics customers in RO;
You will be responsible for building and developing trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors;
Develop a relationship with Bridgestone Retail Network;
Cooperate with Bridgestone associate in generate referrals for both sides;
You will be also in charge of responding to customer enquiries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers;
Cooperate with Channel Sales Partners and diversify Sales and Installation Partners;
Be part of (Contribute) Marketing events and brand awareness;
Follow the market trends and news from customers about services, commercial conditions, and competitors;
You will liaise with the internal cross-functional teams (including Customer Support , Customer Success, Marketing and Product development departments) to improve the overall customer experience;
This position will require constant travel throughout the designated territory;
Who are you?
You have at least 5years of experience in a sales hunting roles with a proven successful track record;
Experience with the vehicle telematics/fleet management industry is preferable;
You are motivated, tenacious and persuasive;
You are an excellent listener with well-rounded negotiation and presentation skills;
You are passionate about sales and technology and have exceptional sales skills with a proven ability to exceed sales targets;
You have proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
You have ability to impact and influence stakeholders;
You work result-oriented, self-organized and highly reliable;
ATTITUDE IS ALL. Your positive, optimistic, energetic and hands on attitude should be an inspiration to clients and peers;
You are native Romanian and fluent in English.
