Site Reliability Engineer II (TCF)

Job Description

We seek a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our infrastructure reliability, improve system performance, and actively contribute to our DevOps practices. Join our innovative team to leverage your expertise in cloud services and modern infrastructure tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.
  • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Manage and monitor application performance using tools like Splunk, App Dynamics, and Grafana.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub to enable fast and reliable application deployment.
  • Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to ensure robust applications.
  • Maintain system health and optimize performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory:
    • Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Proficient in using HAProxy.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or GitHub.
    • Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with various DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to:
    • Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana, Nagios, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jfrog Artifactory, Nexus Artifactory, SonarQube, Fortify Scan, Ansible, Terraform, Shell, Python, Groovy, Golang.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira.
  • Understanding of business domains to bridge technical and functional aspects.
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies, including Sprint and Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps practices are a plus.
