Job description

As the Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing technology, processes, and analytics. You’ll take ownership of the marketing operations roadmap, and oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation, and customization of the marketing tech stack to drive the success of business development and demand generation efforts.This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of scalable marketing processes, aligning cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, maximize campaign effectiveness, and drive measurable outcomes for Mission.
  • Drive the strategic evolution of marketing automation, aligning tools and processes with business objectives to improve efficiency, increase customer engagement, and deliver data-driven insights that guide decision-making.
  • Lead enablement initiatives for business development and marketing teams, ensuring mastery of digital tools and aligning best practices with evolving business needs to drive sales and marketing alignment.
  • Drive marketing measurement, funnel reporting, and marketing attribution.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and KPIs to track, analyze and report on marketing effectiveness; dig into data anomalies and recommend solutions
  • Partner with leaders in marketing, sales and revenue operations to align on GTM operation processes and support strategic initiatives
  • Maintain the health of our marketing database and ensure data is synced seamlessly in Salesforce and Hubspot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting
  • Create and optimize automated workflows in CRM to engage leads more effectively and provide feedback loops on lead quality
  • Manage list segmentation and lead scoring to deliver personalized and relevant messaging, improving customer engagement and campaign ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support virtual and in-person event programs to improve attendee experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support email marketing programs, maintain regulatory compliance, leverage best practices to improve performance, optimize delivery and engagement, and provide reporting
  • Design and implement tracking methods to support digital ads and landing pages for campaigns
  • Support demand generation goals by maintaining lead/contact management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts

Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations or a similar role, preferably within a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation Platform
  • Hands-on expertise in managing custom objects, integrations, and workflows
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms; Experience with 6sense is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using technology for data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, audit processes, and drive real-time solutions
  • Experience with process and change management, including strong documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage and run multiple concurrent projects within established timelines using project management tools
  • Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and accountability
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (required after one year of employment)

Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and ability as evaluated during the interview process. The compensation range for the base salary of this role is: $134,000 -$160,000
