Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Specialist to join our winning team. In this role, you will support programs and operational processes for the Global Partner Marketing Organization allowing them to develop and execute marketing plans, reach target accounts, generate MQLs, and increase pipeline contribution across Partner-Led activities. To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized and able to do the hands-on work of managing logistics and details for projects and programs taking place in person or virtually.


This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker residing in the United States.


What You'll Do:

  • Support a team of AMS marketers who cover our National partners with tactical-oriented tasks to drive growth; including:
  • Creating campaign codes and uploading leads to Salesforce
  • Maintaining team documentation: internal decks, Smartsheet, team trackers, etc
  • Executing program and event logistics
  • Managing vendor logistics and shipping
  • Be responsible for creating, running and managing Partner programs that drive pipeline; programs should be fully integrated and must include creative, content, social, live and virtual events
  • Be responsible for metrics, reporting, and tracking for all Programs
  • Build a communications calendar for all programs and curate internal and external facing content
  • Track Partner adoption, KPIs, and progress; make recommendations as needed
  • Execute general administrative tasks & assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Support Sr. Director of Global Partner Marketing with special projects as needed


What You Bring:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative and relationship building skills
  • Self-starter with a mindset for professional growth and continuous learning
  • Must work comfortably across all major internal functional areas (marketing, engineering, sales, executives), as well as externally with partners
  • Ability to use data analysis to support decisions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks under challenging deadlines
  • Openness to direction and feedback
  • Availability to travel up to 10%, based on current guidelines and restrictions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
