Job Summary
The Product Analyst supports the product health and continuous improvement of BMCHP-WellSense’s Government Programs product portfolio through the delivery of data-driven action-oriented analysis. Responsibilities include generating, requesting, and coordinating new analysis, as well as developing insight-driven reports for Product Leadership. Successful candidates will have the ability to provide complex analysis, interpret findings, and communicate insights and recommendations to Product Management.

Key Functions/Responsibilities
Supports member and market facing document review to ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with CMS regulations.
Supports interdepartmental teams to coordinate product benefit enhancement implementation.
Assesses Federal & State Guidance to ensure product offering and bid submission meet regulatory requirements.
Develops competitive analysis and conducts market research integrating data on carriers entering and exiting markets as well as emerging trends in membership to support innovation and growth opportunities.
Conducts annual competitor benefit analysis by reviewing member material and organize into strategic presentations for leadership.
Supports the development of focus group and market survey analysis materials.
Works cross functionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
Accountable for meeting deliverables and deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, communications or health care, or equivalent experience
Experience
Up to 3 years of experience in Business/Market Development
