Senior Director, Account Management (Remote)

Full time, France, Finland, Netherlands, Switzerland

The Senior Director, Account Management will manage a team of program managers for a portfolio of accounts. This position is responsible for achieving the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client/BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation.

As a Senior Director, Account Management, you will

  • Be responsible for oversight and direction of the team including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
  • Ensure multi-level strategic client relationships are being established
  • Evaluate and study client financial statements and hold AMs accountable for client profitability
  • Determine pricing strategy and develop client propositions
  • Support the development of client and department budgets
  • Review and make recommendations to improve the quality of client business plans
  • Perform or direct personnel in recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
  • Recommend the involvement of BCD Travel specialized departments to achieve client goal

About You

  • Expert in account management in a corporate environment (Business travel industry experience is preferred)
  • Extensive experience in management and leadership within the business travel industry
  • Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation
  • Computer literate in business software applications
  • Able and willing to travel domestically
  • You have a College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
