Fullsteam is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing, with a focus on demand generation, for multiple business units selling vertical B2B SaaS solutions to small, mid-market and enterprise Medical Practice customers.
Working closely with Head of Marketing, Sales Teams, Product Organizations and others throughout Fullsteam, the Marketing Manager will build out a world-class demand generation function to support revenue goals. They will also contribute to building and executing a successful, mid/long-term growth strategies.
This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work in close collaboration with the business unit’s functional leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-8 years of marketing experience in B2B software targeting customers in the medical practice space, including small, mid-market, and enterprise.
High competency in project and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a thought partner to help develop growth strategies as well manage tactical marketing operations on a day-to-day basis.
Proven track record of success building and managing world-class marketing functions.
Strong written, phone, and in-person communicator.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Detailed, organized and results-oriented, with ability to effectively prioritize.
Travel as required by business needs.
