Job description

If you have a passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer support, we have the perfect job for you!

Join our team in Greece as a Customer Service Representative, where you will be assisting customers by phone and/or chat with various account management, billing, content, and navigation inquiries. 

Your role will be vital in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services.

Benefits/Conditions:

  • Office location: Greece
  • Italian Native or C2 + English B2
  • Salary: 1045 gross per month x 14 months
  • Bonus up to 200
  • Schedule: 40h per week - 8h per day
  • Holiday: 22 paid days a year
  • Contract length: 6-12 months, can be extended
  • Relocation package to Greece - includes paid flight, accommodation, and assistance.

  • Valid EU Passport.

We also have remote projects all over Greece, including the islands.

Job Description:

  • Assist customers with account management, billing issues, content, and basic site and app navigation.
  • Provide customers with account and application support, troubleshooting system configurations, and network settings.
  • Offer accurate and real-time responses to customer requests, including queries about orders and refunds.
