Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Stay knowledgeable about product updates and promotions

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in home appliances and customer service
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with customer management systems is a plus
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
