African Safari Group is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Luxury Safari Travel Consultant to join our team and create unforgettable, bespoke safari experiences for our discerning clients.

Salary Option1

Basic+Commission+Incentives+Bonuses

This is the most common starting place for any top performer at ASG.

Your basic is one of 10 different options (levels of earning) and no matter where you start you can always ascent based on your performance.

  • Basic salaries are tied to sales targets (higher basic higher target)
  • Commissions are tied to Gross Profit (a flat rate)
  • Incentives is tied to reaching certain milestones (you'll love 'em)
  • Bonuses (we love giving away cash)

Salary Option 2

Commission only (300% higher than salaried staff) + incentives + bonuses

Truth be told, this option is only for the best sales consultants, that back themselves and that want maximum reward for whatever sales they make. This option is always available to any staff member that wants to pivot once they have a good base to support themselves.

Incentives + Bonuses:
