We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Analyst to lead our pre-sales efforts and play a crucial role in project delivery. This role focuses on managing the pre-sales cycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, proposal development, client negotiations, and successful deal closure. Post-sale, the Business Analyst will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client and project team, ensuring smooth execution, client training, and project success.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a Developer Lead, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, with at least 3 years in the U.S. market. A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), especially in custom application development on cloud platforms, is essential. Expertise in AI, ML, and Blockchain technologies is highly valued. Strong leadership in pre-sales and project delivery, coupled with an agile mindset and excellent communication skills, is key to success in this role.
Requirements Analysis: Engage with clients to understand business needs, technical challenges, and strategic objectives.
Documentation: Develop Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), UML diagrams, and solution architecture documents.
Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft tailored solutions using cloud technologies, AI, ML, and Blockchain.
Solution Presentation & Demonstration: Lead presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions, showcasing business and technical value.
Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.
Client Negotiations: Oversee negotiations regarding project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
Sales Target Achievement: Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed pre-sales targets.
Project Handover: Act as SPOC between the client and project team for seamless transition and alignment on deliverables.
Project Planning & Documentation: Work with project managers to develop plans, assist in SRS creation, and review project-related documentation.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional services during project execution.
Objection Handling: Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Phase & Milestone Delivery: Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure effective solution adoption.
