Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company who are looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Representative for their offices in Romania. 

 

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Romania

Work Model: Remote

Employment type: Full-time, 3 month probation

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services (no email or chat support).
  • Provide assistance to clients with various banking card issues, including blocking and unblocking cards, as well as managing fraud-related cases.
  • Ensure that all client concerns are addressed in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
  • Record and document all interactions with clients in accordance with company procedures.
  • Offer clear and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Being proactive and dynamic in how you deal with customers 
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive customer information.
