Job description

We are looking for an energetic Customer Success Lead to help and support the business. As part of company , you will be responsible for interacting directly with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support. You will be working with a close-knit team of talented professionals, supporting company goals and driving growth.

Position : Customer Success Lead  FINTech company : 

Responsibilities :

  • Providing customers with product training or support during their subscription term
  • Listening to customers needs and providing solutions that meet those needs
  • Identifying potential problems with customers accounts and communicating with them to resolve issues
  • Coordinating with other teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure that customers needs are met
  • Liaising with internal operations and compliance teams to process the customers registration application and the completion of relevant checks
  • Interacting with customers via phone calls, emails, web chats, or text messages to answer questions about products or services
  • Helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases by providing information about pricing, terms and conditions, and other details about products or service

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in Customer Service-related roles with proven success in its initiatives and outcomes
  • Proficient in Thai and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, charming, and personable characteristics/mannerism
