Job description

The company:

Our client is a fast-growing proptech scale-up, present in five countries and with over 1500 clients, which offers technological solutions to improve the performance of the real estate sector players.

The Job:

Looking for a creative and empathetic person to act as an Account Executive. The primary functions are in relation to the execution and operation of the company's product, addressing purchase orders in order to obtain the final purchase commitment for the product.

Profile:

- Fluent English;

- 1-3+ years of experience in the real estate market (preferably in a brokerage/agency);

- Understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions within and between brokers/agencies;

- Understanding of technology for real estate professionals;

- Service-oriented mentality;

- SaaS sales experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Empathetic with the ability to understand customer pain and help with our solutions.

- Willingness to grow in a dynamic environment

Functions:

- Make demonstrations and presentations for the sale of the company's product;

- Identify and address potential purchase obstacles;

- Elaboration of personalized value propositions for each client of the company;

- Obtain purchase commitment: Close the deal.

Conditions:

- Compensation according with the candidate experience and expectations; + Commissions (may reach 40% of the gross annual salary)

- Food allowance of 100 euros per month;
