About the Role:

PrimeSync Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager with proven success in BPO sales and a specialization in client onboarding. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in cultivating client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our services.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of exceptional services and solutions.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

- Monitor key account metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic insights to enhance performance.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Account Management, specifically within BPO sales.

- Candidate must be from the Philippines. 

- Strong background in onboarding clients, demonstrating the ability to streamline processes effectively.

- In-depth understanding of the BPO industry, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
