Job Description

On behalf of a client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate end-to-end recruitment process.
(Full time- 40 Hrs. per week)

Responsibilities

Work with Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Owners to understand hiring objectives and strategize on successful candidate recruitment.

Participate in in-take calls with hiring managers and Account Managers

Identify required qualifications, skill competencies, and necessary experience for job openings.

Source, qualify and interview applicants using various recruiting strategies, techniques, tools, and job portals to assess suitability/technical fit to the position along with soft skills and cultural fit alignment.

Interview candidates to validate work history, education/training, soft skills, availability and negotiate salary requirements.

Coordinate the various rounds of technical, management and client interviews, collect and records feedback.

Review and modify position requirements based on candidate/skill availability in the market as well as feedback from various sources.

Network, and build talent pipeline.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Conduct regular follow up with internal Relationship and Account Managers to keep them apprised of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

7+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment.

Knowledge and understanding of IT roles and technology, with the ability to assess technical skills effectively.

2+ years Agency experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong negotiation, influencing skills and excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

Strategic and driven recruiter with the ability to take ownership.

Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
