Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a friendly, dynamic and profitable team of Healthcare Insurance specialists, at one of the fastest growing insurance brokers in the world.

You will be a key member of the client management team, with a focus on developing new business opportunities from within the Healthcare & Care industries in the United Kingdom..

The Role

Reporting directly into the Head of Healthcare, you will be supported by the wider team in respect to the main administration duties, allowing you to focus on developing relationships, negotiating and winning Healthcare and Care insurance opportunities, including the likes of Medical Malpractice, Management Liabilities, Cyber, Products Liability and Combined Commercial Combined insurance.

Role Duties

  • Developing, broking and placing Healthcare insurance business
  • Building and maintaining new and existing relationships with clients/retail brokers and the clients network of business
  • Providing technical support and advice to clients
  • Being responsible for occasional team leading duties and supporting junior members of the team
  • Working collaboratively with the team
  • Attending and contributing to broker meetings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Underwriters
  • Checking policies and client documentation
  • Duties as required

Period

This is a permanent position

Working pattern

Reporting into the Hemel Hemstead Offices, the position will be remote, so you can operate from anywhere in the United Kingdom.
