What You Will Do & The Experience You Will Need

Trility Consulting is actively seeking an Endpoint Management Consultant who is an expert in modern device management, security, and automation. In this role, you will collaborate with Trility clients to design, implement, and optimize endpoint management solutions that ensure secure, scalable, and efficient device administration. You will listen to their challenges with a thoughtful and strategic approach while leveraging your expertise in tools such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), and other endpoint management platforms to deliver impactful solutions.

This is a 1099 contract position for an initial 12-week project, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

Your Responsibilities

Lead discovery and assessment of endpoint management needs, aligning solutions with security, compliance, and operational goals.

Evaluate existing practices and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.

Design and implement endpoint management solutions, primarily with Microsoft Intune, while considering other tools like VMware Workspace ONE or SCCM.

Develop policies, configurations, and automation scripts for security, compliance, and device deployment.

Define best practices, workflows, and governance frameworks for enterprise endpoint management.

Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure knowledge transfer.

Integrate endpoint management strategies with IT infrastructure, security, and identity management.

Provide hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout the project.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in endpoint management, with expertise in Microsoft Intune and familiarity with alternatives (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM, or Jamf).

Proven ability to lead discovery engagements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Strong understanding of device provisioning, policy management, compliance, and security controls.

Experience with MDM, MAM, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and endpoint security integration.

Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell or similar tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a consultative approach.

Strong communication skills – able to present technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
