Position Description

Deque is looking for a new addition to the Marketing team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping Deque’s brand identity by creating visually engaging content across digital and print platforms. This full-time role involves designing marketing assets, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, etc. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for inclusive design, and the ability to bring the Deque brand to life through compelling visuals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design a variety of digital and print marketing materials, including website assets, banner ads, blog and social imagery, email headers, infographics, booth design, event collateral, illustrations and more.
  • Develop and maintain Deque’s brand style guide, ensuring consistency in design and identity across all touch points. 
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, balancing creative freedom with strategic goals. 
  • Assist in developing concepts and mockups for new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and suggest innovative ways to visually engage our audience.
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within SaaS
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with design asset management
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates digital and print design skills.
  • An ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling assets.
