The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for employees, clients, or groups. you will train as a travel professional and become specialize in multiple areas within the travel industry where you can develop in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company travel policies.
  • Assist with obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
  • Monitor and manage travel expenses while staying within budget guidelines.
  • Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, and accommodation providers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Address and resolve any travel-related issues, cancellations, or emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and reports to track expenses and bookings.
  • Provide recommendations on travel policies and improvements for cost savings and efficiency.
