You drive business transformation
You engage with senior stakeholders, conduct strategic discovery sessions, and define Salesforce solutions that align with long-term business objectives.
You shape and execute solution strategies
You translate business requirements into scalable solutions, working closely with Architects and Developers to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
You lead process optimization and documentation
You create and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and end-to-end process flows to support structured execution.
You foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement
You act as the primary bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless project execution.
You drive quality and adoption
You define testing strategies, oversee UAT, and lead change management initiatives to ensure successful solution adoption.
Have 7-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
Have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Are skilled in facilitating stakeholder discussions, gathering complex requirements, and defining scalable solutions.
Have hands-on experience in business process mapping and automation.
Have led enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and solutioning efforts.
Have experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations.
Have a strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps, Agile methodologies, and governance frameworks.
Have mentored junior Business Analysts and contributed to best practices in solution design.
