  • Make calls to customers in case of delays and manage driver accounts and payments.
  • Recruit and onboard drivers under the guidance of the manager.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Virtual Assistant Dispatch Supervisor/Delivery Software Admin for an on demand Food Delivery Company. Based in Toronto Canada.

Ability to supervise delivery management software.
Ability to dispatch drivers to restaurants as orders arrive.
Monitor progress of drivers, and to reassign orders if need be.
Able to make calls to Customers if delays occur.
Recruiting, Onboarding Drivers under the guidance of Manager
Administer Driver accounts and payments.
Working hours are Tuesday to Sunday 12pm to 8pm,  EST (Toronto time). Mondays are off

Requirements
Experience in On Demand Food Delivery, Courier, or other high paced logistics activities.
Experience with Ubereats/Zomato or any other Food delivery Company will be preferred
Good knowledge of English. Written and oral
Confident to talk to end user/customers in Canada/US
High Speed Computer & Internet
