Schedule: 

  • Monday - Tuesday 9:30 AM to 6 PM 30 minute unpaid break
  • Wednesday 9:30 AM to 3 PM 30 minute unpaid break

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with our brand voice and business objectives across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content including posts, stories, reels, and videos that resonate with our target audience and drive meaningful interactions
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, fostering a strong and engaged online community through regular posting, community management, and timely responses to comments and messages
  • Utilize your video and image editing skills to produce high-quality visual content that stands out in crowded social feeds
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent posting and aligns with our marketing initiatives and industry trends
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform and refine our social media approach
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels and support broader marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage personal brand profiles for key team members, crafting unique content strategies that enhance their professional presence online
  • Implement social listening techniques to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and potential opportunities for engagement or improvement
  • Explore and execute influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand our reach and engage new audiences
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on social media performance, using analytics to drive strategy refinement and demonstrate ROI
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy development, preferably in the food, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging written and visual content that captures our brand’s unique voice
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Experience with video and image editing software for creating polished, professional content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Experience in personal brand development and management is a significant plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content examples is highly desirable
