Our mission is to advance public health by producing superior alternatives to nicotine and tobacco products. These products serve as vastly healthier alternatives to smoking and vaping, and also as powerful cognitive-enhancing tools for high-performing individuals.

We are a lean, fast-moving team which prioritizes integrity and responsibility in everything we build.

What we need

As our Graphic Designer specializing in Email Creative, you’ll be the visual force behind our email marketing campaigns, designing graphics that drive engagement, conversions, and brand love. About 80% of your time will be focused on email and design execution, with the remaining 20% supporting broader marketing initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves clean, compelling design, and isn’t afraid to jump into marketing projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce email graphics, templates, and layouts in collaboration with our marketing and copywriting teams

  • Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile and desktop viewing

  • Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all campaigns

  • Assist with layout and testing using email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)

  • Support A/B testing and analyze performance to optimize creative

  • Design additional marketing assets, including:

    • Packaging inserts and flyers

    • Branded merch (hats, hoodies, stickers, etc.)

    • Event marketing materials (signage, booth graphics, handouts, etc.)

    • Organic and paid social assets, as needed

Marketing Support (20%)

  • Research competitor ads and visual brand presence

  • Assist with product sampling efforts and printed collateral coordination

  • Provide general marketing admin support, including asset management and campaign logistics

  • Collaborate with the broader team on creative needs across channels

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on digital/email marketing

  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, conversion-oriented email and digital design

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma

  • Experience working with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management

  • Comfortable taking creative direction and iterating quickly

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points For:

  • Light motion graphics or GIF creation skills

  • Familiarity with print production processes

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email

  • Startup or CPG brand experience

Alignment with Company Values:

  • Think and act like an owner.

  • Open and honest communicator. You tell it like it is and prefer others to do the same for you.
