This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Disposition Representative to manage and market our real estate contracts to investor buyers. Unlike traditional wholesaling roles, sellers will be contacting us after receiving our marketing (letters, ringless voicemails, postcards). Your job is to manage inbound leads, negotiate assignment fees, and close deals with cash buyers. With performance-based incentives.
Manage & Qualify Inbound Seller Calls – Respond to motivated sellers reaching out about tax-delinquent properties.
Market Contracts to Investors – Send property details to our buyer list, post on investor networks, and use FreedomSoft to manage deals.
Negotiate the Assignment Fee – Secure the highest possible price from investors while ensuring a smooth closing.
Coordinate Closings – Work with title companies and buyers to ensure a seamless transaction.
Follow Disposition Process – Adhere to the systemized steps, including marketing, follow-ups, and investor outreach.
Experience in real estate sales, disposition, or wholesaling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to follow structured processes and systems (FreedomSoft CRM experience preferred).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and investors simultaneously.
