The Role:


Our client is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world and is advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care. This opportunity offers a remote as well as a hybrid work environment.


  • Technical expert for self-organized and empowered Agile team

  • Deliver high-quality, well-designed, and well-tested features every two weeks and for a Program Increment (PI)

  • Mentors and train team members on design and coding

  • Learns the Medical Device field domain

  • Works closely with the solution architects to develop solution-wide designs

  • Participates in grooming new features and product improvements




Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred

  • 8+ years in software development

  • 3+ years working in Angular (version 2 or above), JavaScript/TypeScript, C# and .NET Framework, and RESTful services

  • Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, mentor, and learn

  • Experience developing full-featured applications within a larger platform

  • Experience leading development teams


Preferred, but not required:

  • Worked within a regulated environment, especially in the Biomedical field

  • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS)

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
