Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Overview:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' business processes and requirements, and leveraging your expertise to design, implement, and optimize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain domain.

  2. Solution Design: Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  3. Implementation: Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Procurement, Production, and Logistics.

  4. Customization and Integration: Customize Dynamics 365 configurations to address unique client requirements and integrate with other business systems as needed.

  5. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of the implemented Dynamics 365 solutions.

  6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the implemented solutions.

  7. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
