This is a remote position.

Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Duration: Full-Time

Location: Remote


Job Responsibilities:

1. Ability to navigate LinkedIn for sourcing.

2.Experience in sourcing, screening and end-to-end recruitment process.

3. Should have worked for direct IT clients.

4. Working experience with Direct clients

5. Well versed with the tax terms and ATS

6. Well versed with Boolean strings.

6. Good Experience with W2 and C2C Tax Terms.



Requirements
  • Having 2-3 Years experience in a similar role in the US Market.
  • Must be comfortable working in US shifts.
  • Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
  • The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
