About the Team and the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategy & Partnerships Manager for Live Commerce. You’ll be focused on developing strategic insights and implementing deals that enhance our live commerce offerings across collectibles and fashion. Your work will be pivotal in shaping our inorganic strategy and driving deals that improve our ecosystem. Our team thrives on collaboration and tackling challenging problems in a congenial, yet fast-paced environment!
What You Will Accomplish:
Develop Partnership Strategy: Create and implement strategies to strengthen our live commerce partnerships. You'll be responsible for identifying key opportunities and crafting approaches that drive mutual value & improve the customer experience.
Implement Deals: Lead the execution of complex commercial agreements to improve eBay Live's ecosystem. This involves negotiating terms and ensuring seamless integration to improve partnership benefits.
Address Strategic Questions: Work with leadership to tackle important strategic questions and provide actionable insights. Your contributions will help craft long-term business strategies and drive decision-making for eBay leadership.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with various teams to ensure our critical initiatives are effective. You'll facilitate communication and lead processes with teams across eBay.
Innovate and Improve: Find opportunities to enhance inventory, platform services, and customer experience through innovative partnerships.
Get Results: Deliver tangible outcomes through effective strategy development and deal execution. Your success will be measured by the impact of your initiatives on our business growth and market presence.
What You Will Bring:
Dealmaking Expertise: Proven track record in business development, corporate development, consulting or investment banking with experience implementing intricate commercial agreements. Your ability to find the “great outcome for everyone” in sophisticated negotiations will be key to your success.
Critical Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and improve our presence in live commerce. You'll be encouraged to drive our strategic decision making across several initiatives key to our platform.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability in market research and financial analysis to support critical initiatives. You'll use data-driven insights to guide your strategies and measure their efficiency.
Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly with partners both internal and external. Your interpersonal skills will help build positive relationships and drive commercial success, while your communication skills will be critical to gaining alignment with executives.
Industry Knowledge: Passion for live commerce, collectibles or fashion and the ability to use this knowledge in strategic planning. Your insights will advise strategy and your relationships will help implement deals.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$108,400 - $186,400Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
