Duties: Forecast and establish plans for defining, delivering, enabling and supporting significant information technology components into the organization architecture. Set requirements, procedures, and processes to optimize system performance and efficiencies, balancing technical and organizational goals. Resolve problems of systems integration, compatibility, performance potentially across multiple platforms; provides feasibility analysis on potential projects. Build and maintain systems based on applications architectures to improve business processes and in alignment/support of critical business strategies. Assess the business and organizational implications of key application technology alternatives for wide-impact initiatives to recommend appropriate strategic action. Facilitate continued process improvements within team. Determine organizational impact of software maintenance issues and develop overall strategy to address them.

Integrate activities with business units and collaborate to ensure project costs and schedules are properly estimated and controlled. Participate in Scrum meetings and estimate the efforts needed to complete a specific task in an agile environment. Active participation in Architecture, Design, Development, Integration and Testing of contact center applications. 100% telecommuting position. Will consider applicants resident in the U.S. Offered Salary: $139,000.00 to $139,000.00

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience as a Software Developer or related position.

Experience must include: Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of contact center applications for different channels using Genesys cloud Platform. Developing conventional IVR applications, Voice BOTs and Chat BOTs using Genesys Cloud Architect. Implementing voice biometrics solution d by integrating Genesys cloud with Nuance. Integrating Genesys cloud platform with different third-party vendors like Google, Nuance and Uniphore. Developing BOTs in the enterprise for employees using Microsoft Teams Power tools. Creating and managing Agents, Queues, Skills, and Script. Writing queries and PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle. Integrate new technologies with Genesys cloud to improve the customer experience.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
