Job description

The role is driving Security products adoption. The role supposed to drive Security Products Revenue, discover opportunities, pitch the products, work on competitors displacement, help PSMs to close the deals on Security products.

We are looking for a Security Account Manager  to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build, manage and develop the presence of EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM solutions with existing and new MSSPs
  • Increase annual recurring revenue related to security by implementing activation or migration actions of competitor databases at our MSSPs
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and commercial activities to its management
  • Create, implement, execute and manage marketing and promotional campaigns with MSSP partners
  • Develop and manage all aspects of security activity planning to promote close harmonization with selected MSSPs
  • Maintain accurate data on each MSSP using customer relationship management tools and more particularly the Acronis Partner Passport
  • Establish a regular cadence and rhythm of business with all selected MSSPs
  • Cooperate and communicate across multiple departments (sales, marketing, finance, service, R&D, and operations) to ensure effective management of solution penetration EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM .
  • Work with MSSPs to sell to their existing customer base to increase adoption of EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM services.
  • Work with MSSPs to help them add new customers to the EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM solution by selling the value of Acronis services

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in France, and you have a strong network in the field.
  • You are known for your ability to build relationships and your excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are a very good negotiator and have a strong inclination for opening new accounts.
  • You have the ability to handle direct clients and partners
  • You are proficient in Salesforce.
  • Native fluency in German and business level English.
  • Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required
  • Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
