sa.global Deutschland is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Sales Development Representative.

sa.global Germany is a relatively young part of our worldwide organization and is looking for a passionate and driven Dynamics 365 Sales Development Representative to accelerate our growth by identifying new sales opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients in their digital transformation. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up Sales Managers to successfully close deals. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong and effective communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Areas of Responsibility

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs to fuel their digital transformation
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation strategies
  • Utilize Microsoft CRM, 6Sense, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the business needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services to match
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and BDMs
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative role (or similar), ideally within the Microsoft Partner channel.
  • Industry knowledge is advantageous, especially in service-based industries
  • Demonstrated experience in familiarisation with vertical solutions and how that impact the industries they serve
  • Experience making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, scheduling meetings, generating leads, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales
  • Experience and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
  • Solid understanding of the concepts around wider Microsoft technologies
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to understand business drivers and risks involved in how organizations work, and translating those to upselling opportunities
  • A strong desire to learn, take on feedback, and develop
  • Demonstrates commitment to the role, team, and company, and goes the extra mile when needed
  • Excellent professional qualities including resilience, strong written and oral communication skills, well-organized, results-driven attitude, and self-starter
  • Excellent team player collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and beyond
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • First-class communication and presentation skills at all levels in German and English
