Summary of Position
As a Product Designer II, you’ll be a part of a team designing and delivering transformative healthcare experiences across a wide array of platforms. Your work will drive real social impact, and you’ll enjoy creative breadth and variety, working across web, mobile, and device interfaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with user research, product, engineering, and clinical teams to guide the holistic product experience.
Work with qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions through an iterative process.
Solve complex design problems by identifying appropriate design methods and facilitating cross-discipline sessions.
Present design solutions and rationale for your decisions through compelling narratives, demonstrating exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Deliver an excellent product experience consisting of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production ready designs.
Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach.
Devise solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues.
Proactively identifiy opportunities to improve the user experience or design process, even when not explicitly tasked. Take initiative to define problems, surface gaps, and drive alignment across teams to move work forward.
Move beyond execution to strategic thinking, connecting the dots between problem spaces. Apply decision-making tools/frameworks to balance the needs of the company, users, and clients
Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position
4+ years of professional experience in user experience / product design.
Experience designing for native mobile and web.
Design skills with an insistence on quality and design-for-impact.
An understanding and commitment to accessibility standards.
Proven track record in partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams.
Understanding of Figma and experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro.
