Account specific roles & responsibilities

Direct and manage the remote team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
Oversee task planning and execution using sprint-based methodologies.
Engage with partner companies to confirm requirements and provide progress updates.
Lead projects through all phases, proactively resolving barriers to success.
Contribute hands-on effort to project tasks as required, beyond supervisory duties. \
Offer technical insight and support leveraging expertise in Python.
Guarantee data accuracy and integrity across all project deliverables

Requirements

2+ years managing programming teams, specifically remote teams
Proven track record with sprint-based projects (Agile/Scrum).
Strong understanding of Python and Excel.
Experience with database management, Power BI, data security, or Azure is an advantage
Familiarity with AI, data loading, or Power Query/DAX.
Knowledgeable with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
Able to work from home – anywhere in the Philippines
