Job description

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a critical part of our Sales team, you will pre-qualify leads to ensure the most promising prospects reach our Sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospectors will book up your calendar with potential candidates. Your job will be to prequalify them by following a script and scheduling appointments for the Sales team.
  • Engage with leads in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct a prequalification process to ensure the leads meet the criteria for the services/products offered.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment scheduling activities in the designated CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further sales discussions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and courteous phone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks while staying highly organised
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent note-taking and record-keeping abilities

Contract Details:

  • 1099 contract position
  • $7 per hour and a commission of $25 for every signed contract
  • Regular working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM US Pacific Time
  • Training will be provided and paid
  • Reporting to: Sales Director
